The deaf community of West Bali is a small but vibrant group of individuals of all ages. Many of these individuals are members of Gerkatin, the Indonesian national association for deaf individuals. Dialogue with the deaf community. Learn about the challenges that non-hearing individuals face, and begin to think about how principles of social innovation and leadership can be applicable to the betterment of these individuals and their families.
