The Challenge

The challenge was how to engage and inspire a demanding group of Senior Management who are well travelled and active business people. While doing so, we maintained a high level of hospitality, 5-star services in a provocative environment. We aimed to enhance Aggreko’s core values of integrity, energy, enthusiasm, quality and commitment.


The Solution

A high-end incentive in the beautifully remote destination – the participants left the 5-star hotel without any expectation where they would be exploring. The members were sent on a 2-day boot camp to discover hidden trails, build a tent, bamboo raft building and riding down a river, an elephant camp and they had to rebuild a mock-up generator using materials around them. A large gala dinner was given on their return. They uncovered a competitive side of themselves that turned into united collaboration.
